The past 2 weeks I spent the week running my son down, to the Scukyll River to boat house row for rowing camp.  I took the time while at the river to use the beautiful backdrops for my fashion photos for the blog. I have to let you know all the photos are taken by my 14 year old son.  We stopped on the way to camp or on the way home.   I am love how he is taking my fashion photos.   He thinks about the composition and the background.  He is getting a real eye, and is more patient then my husband. Which is a winning for me. He says he likes doing it and will always do it.. (until he leaves for college..sniff sniff)

The Maxi Dress is from my closet.  It is a 70’s inspired caftan. High waist-ed, and all the way to the floor.  I am 5’10 and this dress I have to pick up when I walk up the stairs.  Which for me is usually in dresses since short  dress lengths are the norm of what I find.

I paired the dress with a belt from Sonsi  last season.  Due to the 3″ width of the belt it sits right below my breast.   I love using a belt to define your waist,  with this dress there is so much fabric it helps to polish the look and pull it together.

For jewelry I went wood neaclace, bracelet, and earrings to add to the 70’s bohemian, macrame vibe.  I also have my new Endless Bracelet on.  Which is a charm bracelet on a leather band.   I will be sharing more about Endless in a future post.
