I want you to accept who you or where you are right now.
At this moment.
This is your Ok… except this right now, where you are, you have to be the most positive person you can be.
You must except how you look in order to enjoy life.. maybe it’s not exactly how you want to look at this minute but it’s best that you could be right now in this momment. So you might as well enjoy it and enjoy life.
The whole purpose of my blog is to point that out to you “This is your okay”.. and learn to love you.
You’re okay
Your kids are gonna be okay
You are a glorious woman and you have to realize, even if your bigger you will then you want to be, still love yourself regardless that this is your new okay. You are not the size 2,6 or 12 that were 5-10 years ago you are a older more knowledgeable you.
Constantly thinking of yourself as this woman from the past is Never gonna take you to your future.
You have to live in the present and rejoice in who, what, and where you are.
It’s really important for your children to live see in the present showing them that you are good and happy. This your new ok.. That’s my gift to you: is to accept who and what your are inside and out.
This is your okay day and that is Great!
Now say “I am OK”
Love, Sherry

Carrie .. never forget you are amazing just the way you are.
Great words from a great woman and friend.
Awe thanks Sweetie
I love this! I get caught up in seeing myself as that woman/girl in the past sometimes which doesn’t help the present me. I’m not her anymore.
I hope you linked this up at Motivation Monday! 🙂
I needed this today. I have been unable to workout – my goal for 2013 – not just because I’ve failed at it all year, but because when I finally went to do it, I hurt my neck in a manner that working out makes me dizzy to the point of nausea. And yesterday, i seriously injured my knee and tailbone, so even mild yoga is out. The lesson I learned is to be ok with me like I am now, and focus more on eating for energy and feeling good, without worrying about the weight.
Gina- You are amazing and beautiful. Thanks for sharing your journey with me and my readers. I am so glad my post resonated with you. Hugs to you always.
I love this! It’s a great reminder that staying stuck in our stories of the past is not what will move us forward. We are ever changing and no matter what our current situation is, we are learning so much from it right now. Thanks for sharing!
Xandra- I have to remind myself often.. move forward.. Thanks for commenting.
I’m featuring your post tomorrow on Motivation Monday. Happy Sunday!
