This week I had a blogging event that I attended the Mom Mixer at the Four Season Hotel. I was excited to wear my recently purchased Eshakti dress. I purchased the dress through there overstock department. Since it was my 1st time purchasing from them I chose this dress Womens PokaDot Chambray Dress.
I called the customer service and spoke to a real person who was in the US. She was very helpful and patient with me. She let me me know that I should take my measurements because the Eshakti clothes are based on European sizing and cut smaller and true to measurements. She also held my hand through the registration process.
I took my measurements I was a size 20 according to the eshakti size chart, Lately so I followed her recommendation. I also order a 5’9″-5’11” length.
The results: My new favorite dress it makes me feel pretty. The cut is a dropped waist, which was very flattering; It fits amazing I was concerned it was snug but I loved wearing it all day.. the pictures were taken at the end of the day, when the dress was worn for 5 hours after I drove in my suv.. it stayed relatively wrinkle free.

- She let me know overstocks could not be returned but full prices items could.
- Measurements
- eShakti cares sizes from 0-36
- Be sure to check out the options if you dont want sleeve less you can add a sleeve

I love this dress. It is so adorable. I need to try wearing a belt with my dresses. I think it might keep my torso from looking so boxy.
Belts are great for defining a waist it is a great trick. I just found a great teal on at a consignment shop.
eShakti has some of the cutest clothes. Love that they are made to order too!
